Delivery Times

We strive to process your Eulalia Body Care order as quickly as possible. We have a 3 day processing window (excluding holidays and weekends). Standard shipping usually takes 5 to 9 business days for domestic orders and 9 to 14 business days for orders in the United Kingdom. During high-demand periods or holiday seasons, please allow for extra processing time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs, including standard ground and expedited options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. In the United Kingdom, orders over $100 qualify for this promotion.

Currently we do not provide shipping to Hawaii or countries outside of the U.S. and U.K.

Carrier Information

Domestically - Packages will typically ship via USPS, unless otherwise specified. We partner with couriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx to ensure your body care products arrive safely and on time. Once your package has been crafted and provided to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for its delivery. For any issues regarding lost or delayed shipments, please contact the carrier prior to contacting our support team, and we will assist you further.

United Kingdom - Orders will ship via the most appropriate carrier based on location. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Eulalia Body Care purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, we typically only offer refunds for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as gift cards or clearance products, may be non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. Returns are not accepted for sample sets , trial items, or sale items.

The Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days, subject to your banking institution.
